Decleor Eye Make-Up Remover: I Only Have Eyes for You - Makeup and Beauty Blog

Ever since my allergies kicked into loftier gear a few weeks ago, my optics have been a sensitive mess. Fifty-fifty my old standby makeup remover, Lancome Bi-Facil, which never used to carp my optics, has been bringing me to tears.
